The Contribution Code
No dues means participation is what holds a seat. Here is exactly what that means.
What members give
- Show up to the weekly virtual exchange, or tell your Group Captain ahead of time when you cannot
- Pass real introductions, with the contact's permission, to your Power Pair and the rest of the group
- Follow up on every lead you receive within one business day
- Treat every member's customers the way you would want yours treated
The contribution score
Each member's score counts weekly attendance, introductions given, Lead Card follow-ups and help given to their Power Pair. Referrals outside your pair count too. Scores are shared with your Group Captain so the group can help members who are struggling, not to shame anyone.
Withdrawing a seat
Membership is free. Because of that, NexGen Lead Groups reserves the right to withdraw a membership from anyone who does not participate or contribute, or who treats other members or their customers poorly. When possible, the Group Captain will talk with a member before a seat is withdrawn.
What we will never do
- Charge dues, application fees or meeting fees
- Sell a seat, a pair or the featured-planet spot
- Sell or share members' contact details
- Promise results. Referrals depend on people, and people are what we help you build
Donations
Donations are optional and help cover the technology and meetup costs. They are not tax-deductible. Giving does not affect your seat or your score. Learn about donating.
