Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about seats, Power Pairs, meetings, the tools and what free really means.

All questions

Is NexGen Lead Groups really free?

Yes. There are no dues and no application fee. Donations are optional. Seats are held by members who take part: weekly attendance, real introductions and helping their Power Pair.

What is a Power Pair?

Two members in the same group who serve the same customer without competing, like a realtor and an insurance broker. They focus on finding leads for each other and can re-match every week. Everyone still refers to anyone in the group.

Where do groups meet?

Every group meets virtually for 45 minutes each week, and the founding members choose the day and time. Members can also meet in person once a month. Between meetings, each group talks in its own private room on allofus.one.

Which groups are open now?

Colorado is the first live state, with groups forming in Denver Metro, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. Every other state is open for a founding leader to claim.

Is there one seat per trade?

Yes. Each group holds one seat per trade, so you never compete with another member for the same referral.

What does smart tech mean here?

Our tools match trades by shared customers and shared trigger moments, suggest Power Pairs, generate lead ideas from a keyword and help you build a Who Do I Know list. They run in your browser and keep your notes on your device.

How long is the weekly meeting?

45 minutes: 5 minutes of wins, 15 minutes of ask rounds in pods, 15 minutes of Power Pair huddles and a 10-minute hot seat.

What is a trigger moment?

A moment in a customer's life that makes them need you, like buying a home, opening a business or getting engaged. Members learn each other's trigger moments so they know exactly when to make an introduction.

What does the Group Captain do?

The Captain runs the weekly exchange, welcomes guests and keeps the group room friendly. The system handles the agenda, reminders and the contribution score.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Guests are welcome at any weekly exchange. Ask in your group room for the link, or send them to the join page.

Who runs NexGen Lead Groups?

NexGen Lead Groups is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Each local group is led by a volunteer Group Captain.

Are donations tax-deductible?

No. Donations are optional, help cover technology and meetup costs, and are not tax-deductible.
