A moment in a customer's life that makes them need you, like buying a home, opening a business or getting engaged. Members learn each other's trigger moments so they know exactly when to make an introduction.
How often can I change my Power Pair?
Every week if you want. Many pairs stay together for months, but nobody is stuck with a match that is not producing.
What does the Group Captain do?
The Captain runs the weekly exchange, welcomes guests and keeps the group room friendly. The system handles the agenda, reminders and the contribution score.
