Why pairs, and why weekly
Most referrals come from the few people who serve your customers right before or right after you do. A Power Pair makes that relationship official: you each own finding leads for one specific partner.
Pairs can change every week. If your goals shift, or a pair is not producing, re-match. Referrals to everyone else in the group still count, so pairs never turn into cliques.
A strong pair usually has
- The same customer, at a different step of the same journey
- At least one shared trigger moment
- No overlap in what they sell
- Both partners showing up every week
Questions people ask
How is the fit score calculated?
It compares two trades' customer types and trigger moments, and adds weight for pairings that commonly trade referrals. Higher scores mean more of the same customers at the same moments. It is a planning guide, not a promise of results.
Is my board saved?
Pairs you lock are saved in this browser only. Nothing on this page is sent to us.
Can two members in the same trade pair up?
No. Each group holds one seat per trade, so the board will tell you when two cards are the same seat.
